Positioning Mode
The positioning mode is used when the motor should be commanded to move a fixed distance.
This can be done absolute or relative. Absolute that means that the commanded position is the target position. By a relative position the commanded position is added or subtracted from the present position.
Both positionig movements are performed by genearing a trapezoidal ramp. The MAC800 also offers teh possibility to use an s-curve profile. |
