Birkerød, Denmark - JVL is proud to announce the launch of an entirely new and unbeatable generation of 1000 W integrated servo motors: the MAC1004. The combination of a super compact size, simplified design, higher reliability and reduced cost results in the best integrated servo motor on the market. This new series builds on proven designs and incorporates years of valuable customer feedback. Offering a wide range of options, the MAC1004 is a versatile solution suitable for almost any application.

- Absolute Multiturn Encoder with energy harvesting – no battery or gearing required
- Incremental Encoder as standard
- Optional built-in brake
- Built-in Ethernet with integrated switch for easy daisy-chaining
- Support for most industrial Ethernet protocols: Profinet, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, SERCOS, Modbus TCP/UDP, Powerlink
- Serial communication: RS485 Modbus RTU
- ePLC™ with 8 I/O (DI, DO or AI)
- Option: CANopen (coming later)
- Future option: IO-Link
- High protection levels available (IP65, IP66, IP67)
- Safe Torque Off (STO) connector

With these enhanced features, the MAC1004 offers a flexible and future-proof solution for use in automation and Industry 4.0. It is particularly suited for applications requiring high reliability and connectivity while maintaining a compact design and ease of installation.
