Easy plug and play solution to show closed loop and some of the features of the ServoStep™.
It is good for hands-on demonstration and to show the ePLC™
Plug the power cord into a 230 VAC type Schuko socket, and the Demo is good to go.
There is 4 different program and a homing sequence.
The program is very good to demonstrate how to find both ends of a linier axis, save them and move between them in different ways.
For orders don't forget to include power supply PSU24 and PA0160 I/O control box.

Program description:
1: Analogue velocity
The speed is controlled by the analogue input. 0-3000 RPM
The integrated JVL stepper motors have servo-like performance with up to 3000RPM and extreme dynamics – we call them ServoStep™
2: Analogue to position
The position is controlled by the analogue input.
The resolution is astonishing 409600 counts per revolution, allowing extreme fine positioning.
3: Analogue torque control
The torque (motor current) is controlled by the analogue input. 0-4 Ampera/Phase
8 configurable I/O’s is standard on all JVL MIS motors. Can be setup as inputs, outputs, and analogue inputs. Also available for in your PLC for local I/O connection.
4: Gear mode controlled by the encoder - Analogue input adjusts the gearing
The position is controlled by the encoder input. The gearing factor is adjusted by the analogue input.
The RS422 multifunction I/O can be used as encoder input. Encoder out, DMX 512, Modbus RTU and SSI is also possible.
5: Reset
The embedded PLC program will restart, clear any present error messages, and perform a new homing.
The built-in ePLC™ is quite advanced and can be used for stand-alone operation, or as an extremely fast local PLC operating in microseconds.
