New direct mount spindle gears for MIS17x

Birkerød, Denmark - JVL A/S, one of the world’s leading producers of integrated servo and stepper motors, releases new hollow shaft planetary gears for NEMA17 sized motors. The gears are equipped with clamp for direct mounting on spindles and shafts.
New NEMA17 Hollow shaft gears with clamp
Traditional mounting of motor + gear + coupling causes a long mechanical design. Machine builders looking to reduce the total length or reduce the number of components will appreciate the new hollow shaft planetary gears. Typical applications are setup axis and format change where they can replace a handwheel. Automating format change can reduce chances for error and enable possibility to produce smaller batches without the cost of manually adjusting the machine between products. NEMA17 standard is 42x42mm flange.
Up to 25 Nm torque
The HSHG series is available with up 100:1 ratio and an output torque of 25Nm.
